Beginning Nov. 1, 2016 a 19% Mexican local and hotel tax will be added to the reservation.
The Christmas Holiday dates are for a minimum stay of one week for condos and 3 days for casitas. All other dates have a minimum stay of 3 days.
When making reservations, there may be a slight delay in confirming these bookings since the homeowner must be contacted. If the requested unit is not available, we will do our best to confirm an alternative option. This policy also applies to reservations split between two units, if the guest is only staying in one of the units for one or two nights.

Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy
- Your reservation deposit is due within seven days after the reservation was received. We will release your reservation if we have not received your deposit within this time. We require a fifty percent (50%) deposit at the time of reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. All holiday reservations or reservations arriving less than 60 days require payment in full.
Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office.
* If you cancel prior to 60 days from arrival, you will receive a refund less a 10% credit card fee - * Cancellations received less than 59 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of the total rent collected. If the condo or casita you have rented can be booked for your exact dates, you will receive a refund for the nights that are booked less any credit card charges incurred.

* There are no refunds on canceled holiday reservations unless the condo or casita you have reserved can be rented for the same dates you have booked. Travel cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
* Holidays are defined as the weeks of Christmas and New Years. .
