Playa Caribe’s New Rates and Specials 

Starting August 12, our rates now include the 14% tax. Our rates have not changed, but we have absorbed the tax into them, so now in low season our guests will pay $180 a night for a two bedroom condo, $145 a night for a one bedroom, and $80 a night for a casita. High season rates are $265 a night for a two bedroom condo, $225 per night for a one bedroom condo and $95 per night for a casita.

Warm Sands HIGH SEASON Special

Come to Playa Caribe for High Season – walk with warm sand under your feet with warm tropical breezes blowing and the turquoise blue Caribbean steps away!  And now you can get 10% off our 2012 high season rates on your reservation for stays between January 2 and April 14, 2012.   The discount is reflected in the prices listed below.  This offer cannot be combined with any other specials, discounts or offers and is only good on new reservations.

The Christmas Holiday dates are for a minimum stay of one week.

·         There is a 10% discount for stays of 14 to 20 days throughout the year
·         There is a 15% discount for stays of more than 20 days throughout the year
·         There is a 10% discount if you rent 5 or more condos throughout the year
·         Buy 6 nights get the 7th night free runs from August 1 through December 21, 2012

Accepting a booking for a one or two night reservation at Playa Caribe will be at the discretion of the Playa Caribe homeowner. When making reservations, there may be a slight delay in confirming these bookings since the homeowner must be contacted. If the requested unit is not available, we will do our best to confirm an alternative option. This policy also applies to reservations split between two units, if the guest is only staying in one of the units for one or two nights.

Reservation Deposit and Cancellation Policy  

Your reservation deposit is due within fourteen days after the reservation was received. We will release your reservation if we have not received your deposit within this time. We require a fifty percent (50%) deposit at the time of reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. All holiday reservations require payment in full.  

• Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office.  
• Cancellation prior to 60 days from arrival will result in the forfeit of deposit.  
• Cancellations received less than 59 days prior to arrival date will result in the forfeit of 100% of the total rent collected.  
• There are no refunds on canceled holiday reservations.  
• Holidays are defined as the weeks of US Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years  and Easter.
